Name: Cremisius “Krem“ Aclassi

Canon Point: Demands of the Qun mission, between waves of Venatori attacks prior to the Herald and the Iron Bull’s decision to sacrifice or save the Chargers.
Age: mid to late 20s
Background: Background through being saved by the Iron Bull
Krem acted as the Iron Bull’s second-in-command for the remainder of their time with Fisher’s Bleeders, the mercenary troupe that Bull was a part of at the time of Krem’s rescue, and rose to the role of Lieutenant when they and some of the others broke to form their own troupe, the Bull’s Chargers. After their arrival at the Storm Coast and the creation of the Breach at the Conclave, Bull sends Krem to make contact with the Herald at Haven.
After purchasing the Charger’s services, Krem heads missions for the Chargers while the Iron Bull is companion to the Herald, occasionally sent out to help the Inquisition, including [one mission to support the choice of the Herald], the demolition of the remains of the Adamant Fortress, persuading fellow mercenary companies in Orlais to work in trouncing dissidence, diversionary tactics in the Dales under Commander Cullen Rutherford, and assisting Dorian in the Hissing Wastes against an assassin and to free slaves.
Eventually, the Iron Bull is contacted by the Ben-Hassrath regarding a potential alliance between the Inquisition and the Qunari. This mission would require the disruption of red lyrium shipment on the Storm Coast. While the Iron Bull and the Herald control one post and Krem and the other Chargers the other, it becomes clear that the mission is more complicated than expected: that the Iron Bull and the Herald must choose between protecting the dreadnought and sacrifice Krem and the Chargers, or protect the Chargers and let the dreadnought be destroyed.
Personality: Krem grew up in the lower class of a highly stratified society, and has a lot of ingrained reactions to authority that come from years of hegemony and hierarchy. While he was never subjected to the sort of social pressures that the Elves he knows were, his family struggled on the edge of poverty and slavery, and after his father was forced into it through debt, the experience put the seed of rebellion into him. Coupled with the “deviance” inherent in his gender presentation, Krem grew up with a tough outer shell which he still retains quite a bit of.
He is a dedicated and passionate young man. He is loyal to his friends and colleagues, committed to his causes, and persistent in pursuing what he views as the right or just course of actions for himself or others who cannot necessarily defend themselves. However, he is also sarcastic and stubborn. His humor is cynical and sometimes self-deprecating, and he will often pick on his friends (particularly the Iron Bull, who he has known the longest in the Bull’s Chargers). He can also be insubordinate, or generally questioning of the reasoning behind decisions that are being made—the result of leaving the Tevinter military and being a part of the Bull’s Chargers, where the Iron Bull allows for that sort of questioning. He’s still fairly young (around his mid- to late-twenties) and so occasionally reflects some level of naivete in his behavior, trust, and openness with others, though this may have been something that the Iron Bull has worked on building in Krem.
The Iron Bull describes him as the sort of Lieutenant that the other members of the troupe can go to when Bull’s being “too much of a hard ass”, someone that they can vent to and express their frustrations; but he’s also the second in command, and a trusted leader and voice of reason in the group. He is also, at times, the reason for some of the weirder jobs—including working for the Inquisition, which he thought would be “good work for a good cause.” He cares deeply for others and wants the best for the downtrodden. He trusts the Iron Bull with his life, and his foolhardy dedication borders on the side of hero worship at times. While particularly passionate and brave, he is also a bit of a homebody and laze-about, preferring to avoid training or hard work at all cost if he absolutely can.
Powers: None. Though well trained and incredibly physically strong, at the peek of physical condition and even capable of lifting over twice his own weight, Krem has no special abilities that are unique or unusual.
