keep it covered, I need you to run to me
It had been a few days since the party at Semele's, which of course meant it had been a few days for Darrow to see that Krem's life had gone sideways in the worst kind of ways. Still, he was well aware that dwelling on his anxieties wasn't going to solve anything. After he'd discovered Aggie's disappearance, he'd been vocal in his protest against the statements that those that had disappeared had just, like so many others, returned home. The whole mess of it stank. And he'd dealt with enough corrupt situations to know the stink of it when he encountered it. But tonight wasn't about that. He'd done everything that he could for now. And for now, all he could do was wait and hope.
So he'd let Thomas know that he had an evening and day off in a row--a rare occurrence for him, and he planned to spend the day tomorrow filled with looking for Aggie again; but that could wait until after Thomas headed home. He knew that Thomas worked, but he let him know that the doors was open, that he was welcome to let himself in when he got here. He wasn't entirely sure when Thomas got off of work, supposing it probably depended on any number of things, but it wasn't as if Krem was likely to fall asleep.
He did wonder if he ought to put anything out in anticipation or presumption of the rest of the evening, but somehow that seemed to be asking a little too much. At this point, he'd just be glad to have Thomas there. More than ever, the quiet of the apartment was getting to him, and it would be good to have someone else there, even if just for the night, someone to be some sort of reassurance that things would be alright.
He curled up in the corner of the couch and waited, a book in his lap that he was only sort of reading.

He was barely aware of Krem's movements, eyes clenched shut and face pressed against Krem's neck. He managed to snap his hips forward a few more times, trying to bury his dick as far inside Krem as he could before his orgasm ripped through him.
He shouted hoarsely against Krem's neck, shuddering and shivering as he pressed forward, trying to ride the pleasure out without passing the shuck out.
Everything seemed to blur and fade around him and he was barely aware of Krem's body and his sounds underneath him.

He could feel the way he twitched inside, buried so deep it was almost too much. All Krem could do, then, was hold on and wait for Thomas to relax a little, wait for him to ease himself back, just a little.
Krem's whole body was burning, thrilling, right on the edge. He didn't dare move, wanting to prolong the closeness and contact of their bodies tangled close. He didn't dare say a word, worried Thomas would think he'd done something wrong in how any of that had gone. He turned his head gently, pressing a soft, heavy breathing kiss to Thomas's temple.

The words trailed off, replaced by quick inhalations and harsh exhalations. He licked his lips and cleared his throat, idly wondering if he should slide off to the side and get his weight off Krem.
Breathe in, breathe out.
"Are you all right?" Thomas asked, changing the wording of his question to make it softer, less insecure. "Are you okay?"
no subject
"Excellent," he assured. He pressed a kiss to Thomas's temple, his cheek, his lips. "You felt amazing. It was good, it was so good."
He could feel Thomas softening and he knew he'd need to move, take off the condom, clean up just a little. The whole prospect seemed such a hassle. He kept kissing Thomas softly.
"We should do something to clean up," he murmured between kisses.

"Okay," he said, still trying to pull himself together. "I need -- yeah, I should use your bathroom."

He looked at Thomas, soft and searching, something twisted in his chest that worried for how he was taking this. Had they rushed too quickly? Was Thomas just rattled at how his body had reacted? Krem sat up and pressed a line of kiss across Thomas's shoulder, his neck.
Slowly, he smoothed his hands over Thomas's arms.
"I'll get us some water?" He was already slowly easing out of bed, untrusting of his shaky legs and slightly dimmed arousal.

"That tickles," he mumbled, hunching his shoulders up after Krem had kissed them. "My whole body's sensitive right now, don't make me laugh."
But, he was still smiling slightly as he pulled himself to his feet and walked towards the bathroom on his shaky legs. He didn't take too long in there, disposing of the condom and washing himself off before he came back into the bedroom.

When he came back, Thomas was already finished in the bathroom. Krem set the waters down on the bedside table and climbed onto the bed with him. He closed the laptop and set it down on the floor, then stretched out on his side, unconcerned with his nudity.
"Did you...like it?" It seemed a silly question to ask, but now, worried, Krem couldn't help it.

He sighed and flopped back down on the bed, rubbing at his eyes. "Never really felt anything like that before. Didn't think I ever would. It was overwhelming but in a good way!"

He kissed Thomas's jaw and sighed softly, pillowing his head against his shoulder. He reached, slowly, for Thomas's hand again, and laced their fingers together once more as he rested them against Thomas's chest.

Lay there lazily and let himself enjoy how Krem felt against him? That was something he'd definitely do though.

"You're staying the night?" Krem nuzzled gently into Thomas's shoulder. The blankets seemed completely inaccessible for the moment, but he knew they'd want them as their bodies cooled. "I'll make breakfast."
no subject
"I want to," he added after a moment. "You don't have to make breakfast but I think I'll stay."
