CREMISIUS BACKGROUND - TEVINTER
Cremisius “Krem” Aclassi, (nee Leocadia), was born in Vyrantium around 9.15 Dragon to a tailor and his wife; they were a fairly normal soporati family, struggling to make ends meet. Although Krem was born female, from an early age, he felt uncomfortable as a girl, and wanted to take after his father, often borrowing his father’s clothes for dress-up and shaving in the mirror with him, which his father gently fostered to make sure his child was happy. His mother, however, did not approve and began pressuring him to marry a wealthier merchant as Krem reached puberty. When Krem refused, not being able to stand the thought of being some rich man’s wife, it destroyed his relationship with his mother.
As Krem reached his mid-teens, a wealthy and philanthropic local Magister, in an attempt to save the poor from the cold, had his slaves make clothes for them to sell for almost nothing. While the Magister meant well, and likely saved many with these efforts, businesses in and around Vyrantium could not compete with these actions, and Krem’s father was forced to close his business and sell himself into slavery as a servus publicus to protect his family from mounting debts.
After his father’s sacrifice, Krem’s already strained relationship with his mother deteriorated. This, along with Krem’s own ideas of freedom and prosperity, led to Krem joining the Tevinter military. However, since he was still legally considered a woman, Krem concealed himself as a man by forging documents and bribing the healer who performed military physicals. This was successful for a few years, but when the healer had to attend to a Magister and was pulled from military rotation, a temporary replacement discovered Krem’s secret. This healer attempted to blackmail Krem with the threat of revealing him to the upper ranks of the military. Facing the prospect of slavery or execution, Krem assaulted the healer and ran from his station in Trevise, heading for the Nevarran border.

CREMISIUS BACKGROUND - MERCENARY
Following his escape from Trevise, Krem was eventually caught in a border town tavern by a Tevinter tribune and his men. The group attacked Krem upon realizing who he was, intent on “making an example” of him for deserting and for not acting like a “proper” woman. The Iron Bull, a Qunari mercenary, came across the attack and came to Krem’s defense, losing his eye in the midst of the scuffle. In the aftermath, as Bull was tending to his and Krem’s wounds, he asked in Krem was looking for work.
The two worked for Fisher’s Bleeders, a poorly managed mercenary company, until the Iron Bull beat Fisher and separated from the group, taking Krem and several of the other best mercenaries with him to found the Bull’s Chargers. The Chargers worked largely in Orlais, with some work in Nevarra, the Free Marches, and Fereldan, and quickly became well known as a small but efficient crew.
Early in their time together, the Iron Bull revealed to his core group (Krem, Dalish, Grim, Rocky, Skinner, and Stitches) that he was a Ben-Hassrath spy and would be reporting information about the state of the South back to his superiors in Par Vollen. While not specifically sworn to secrecy, the group was insular in this knowledge. Krem’s interest in the Qun, which he had learned only small parts about in his military training in Tevinter, heightened. After a number of conversations about the Qun with the Iron Bull, Krem took a leave of absence from the Chargers to travel to an enclave in Rivain, where he studied and eventually converted to the Qun as a viddathari. During this time, he briefly met the Viddasala, a high ranking Ben-Hassrath; she was disappointed that he was not a mage or otherwise more closely aligned with any powers in Tevinter. Krem, as a viddathari, is technically part of the Antaam, or the Qunari military. He was given the name Mertam by the Tamassran, but uses his Tevene name most commonly.
In 9.41 Dragon, Krem heard rumors about hell breaking loose in Ferelden; coupled with the Iron Bull’s own information about the Conclave and the events a few years past in Kirkwall, the two agreed to approach the newly formed Inquisition. Krem was sent to speak with the Inquisitor about meeting with the Iron Bull to hire the Chargers on as a mercenary company.

GENERAL WORLD STATE – DRAGON AGE INQUISITION
Haka Lavellan, a Dalish reaver-warrior, is a mage-supporting non-Andrastean. Her Inquisition was very thoroughly invested in the happenings of Ferelden and Orlais, and she was a largely merciful judge. She encouraged the Iron Bull to save the Chargers, setting him on the path to become Tal-Vashoth. Following the siege of Adamant Fortress, she had the Grey Wardens exiled from the south. She reconciled Briala and Empress Celene. In the Frostback Basin, she discovered and met Ameridan, slayed the dragon, earned a legend-mark, hunted the Nox Morta, and shared the truth of Ameridan with Professor Kenric. In the Deep Roads, she assisted Valta, ultimately saving the mines and stopping the earthqukes. Vivienne was named Divine Victoria. In dealing with the Vidasalla, the Iron Bull remained loyal to the Inquisition. She disbanded the Inquisition following her confrontation with Solas, where she vowed to redeem him.
Haka initially entertained a romantic relationship with Solas, but ended that after finding the Pride demon in the Exalted Plains. She eventually entered a romantic relationship with Cullen, who she married during the Exalted Council in 9.44 Dragon.
The Iron Bull and Dorian Pavus are romantically involved.
Main Quest and Location Order - NOTE: this listing does not include companion questions, except for Demands of the Qun, as these are accomplished periodically throughout, as they are triggered and when locations are available.

GENERAL WORLD STATE – DRAGON AGE 2
Garret Hawke, a humorous rogue, joined the smugglers on his arrival to Kirkwall. He brought Bethany to the Deep Roads, where she died. Overall, he sided with mages, but did believe that Anders was correct for his choice to destroy the circle. Isabela left Kirkwall, with the Tome of Koslun, and did not return. Fenris remained with Hawke despite allowing Anders to leave.
